A pet shop that keeps its promises
The Pet Promise is a small, independent UK pet shop. We started it because buying the everyday things our pets need – the right food, a collar that fits, a bed they'll actually sleep in – should be simple, fairly priced and delivered when we say it will be.
What you'll find here
Thousands of products for dogs, cats, small animals, birds, fish, horses and poultry, from brands pet owners already trust – including James Wellbeloved, Royal Canin, Arden Grange, Burgess, Versele-Laga, Ancol, NAF and Lincoln.
- Food & treats – dry and wet food, treats and chews, for every life stage from puppy and kitten to senior.
- Everyday essentials – collars, leads and harnesses, beds, bowls, grooming, litter and bedding.
- Health & care – supplements, joint care, dental and flea & tick products.
- Small animals, birds & horses – foods, hay, seed, feeders, stable and yard supplies.
Our promises to you
- Real stock, kept up to date. Our stock levels are refreshed every day from our UK warehouse, so what you see is what we can send.
- Fast UK delivery. £4.99 to mainland UK, sent from our UK warehouse – usually with you in 1–4 working days. Delivery details
- Honest prices. When something's on offer, the crossed-out price is the price we normally sell it for – not a made-up one.
- Easy returns. 14 days to change your mind, and we pay the postage if anything's wrong. Returns & refunds
- A real person to talk to. Email us any time – we reply within one working day.
Thank you for shopping with a small business.
