Everything we sell is packed and dispatched from our UK distribution warehouse, so most orders arrive within 1–4 working days.

The delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay. One charge covers your whole order, however many items are in it.

AB31–AB38, AB40–AB56, FK17–FK21, HS1–HS9, IV1–IV63, KA27–KA28, KW1–KW17, PA20–PA49, PA60–PA78, PH17–PH26, PH30–PH44, PH49–PH50, ZE1–ZE3 and all BT (Northern Ireland) postcodes.
Where we can't deliver at the moment
Republic of Ireland, Channel Islands (GY, JE), Isle of Man (IM), Isles of Scilly (TR21–TR25), BFPO and addresses outside the UK.
When will my order be sent?
- Orders placed by 11am, Monday to Friday are passed to our warehouse the same working day.
- Orders placed after 11am, at weekends or on bank holidays go out the next working day.
- We don't offer weekend or timed deliveries.
- Around Christmas, Easter and bank holidays our couriers are busier, so please allow a little longer.
Tracking
When your order is dispatched we'll email you, with a tracking link where the courier provides one.
Heavy and multi-item orders
Parcels are limited to 30kg, so large orders – for example several 15–20kg sacks of food – are sent as separate parcels and may arrive on different days. You only pay one delivery charge.
Your parcel
- Your order may arrive in our warehouse partner's packaging.
- Please check your delivery when it arrives. If anything is damaged, missing or not what you ordered, tell us within 48 hours at [admin@thepetpromise.co.uk] with your order number and a photo, so we can put it right quickly. This doesn't affect your legal rights.
- If a parcel hasn't arrived within 5 working days of dispatch, let us know and we'll chase it.
