HorseHage Haylage
HorseHage is a dust-extracted, bagged haylage and a popular alternative to hay for horses and ponies that need a low-dust forage. Each bag is sealed, so it is easy to store and use, and there are three types to match your horse's workload.
Which HorseHage is right for my horse?
- HorseHage High Fibre (blue bag) – the lowest-energy option in the range, often chosen for good doers, veterans in light work and horses that need a high-fibre, lower-calorie forage.
- HorseHage Timothy (purple bag) – a mid-energy, Timothy-grass haylage for horses in light to medium work.
- HorseHage Ryegrass (green bag) – the highest-energy option, made from ryegrass for horses in harder work or those that need help holding condition.
Feeding tips
Introduce any new forage gradually over 7–10 days, and once a bag is opened use it within a few days. Always check the guidance on the bag, and speak to your vet or a nutritionist if your horse has laminitis, metabolic or respiratory problems.
Orders placed by 11am Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day from a UK warehouse, and one £4.99 delivery charge covers your whole mainland UK order.
